i placed an order by phone for same day delivery to a funeral home for a viewing. i didn't do it online because the site says to phone for time sensitive orders. the receptionist took my order. i spelled everything carefully to make sure they got it right & she even repeated it back to me. i was told i would get an email right away to confirm. the email came about 2 1/2 hours later & i noticed the deceased name was spelled incorrectly, as well as who the arrangement was from (which was totally off with an incorrect first name merged with an incorrect last name to make one word. it didn't even start with the right letter!) i immediately called 416-florist (& emailed the corrections) & since it was before the time the viewing would start, they assured me they would call the funeral home & have the problem fixed. i called back shortly after & they said it was done. when my husband went to the viewing, nothing had been changed & the arrangement was there with mistakes & all. i am very disappointed with the service from this company & will never order from here again.
